Impact & Response

What We Do

TBP deploys vetted Teacher Bank Fellows through partnerships with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and trained community graduates to public schools facing critical teacher shortages. Fellows go beyond teaching — they lead STEM, literacy, and environmental clubs, mentor students, and contribute meaningfully to school life and community development.

Deploy vetted Teacher Bank Fellows to under-staffed public schools.

Partner with NYSC and trained community graduates for teacher supply.

Lead STEM, literacy, and environmental clubs beyond the classroom.

Enable schools to post subject-specific vacancies via the Teacher Bank App.
